How long will my Delivery take?
Once your order is placed, and processed with us we will aim to have your goods despatched and to you within 2-3 working days. Upon dispatch we will send a confirmation email with your delivery information. We will aim to provide a projected delivery date but please note this is an estimated date. How is my Order Delivered
For most small goods such as taps or accessories, a standard parcel service is used meaning it can be sent out and arrive with you quickly. For larger goods, a pallet is used with the products wrapped and securely fixed, ensuring that the products will be delivered safely. For larger deliveries it is best to ensure you have people with you to help take the delivery into your property as the couriers cannot take the items into your property.
What payment methods do you accept?

What Guarantee is there on the Products?
We're very confident in the quality of our products, and with this the Baths and Ceramicware are covered for 20 years, any products that are electrical or have moving parts are covered for 10 years with the parts for 12 months. And all of our other products are covered for 15 years.
